B.O.'s Fish Wagon, Key West

You don't need much to open a popular restaurant in Key West.

Some wreck timber. 


A vehicle to transport your fish

 and a few hungry people.

B.O.'s is behind the aquarium (across the parking lot) at the Historic Dockside. It is at the corner of Caroline and William Streets.

Regarding the name, you are correct. I'm born and raised on the island of Husøy outside Tønsberg. I moved permanently to US nearly 14 years ago. :)
